"Its cool if you stay out of drama and hang with the right people, just be a good person and you'll be fine, there are lots of drugs tho soo :/"
"lol this place is a craphole but hey no one ever thinks highly of their own highschool anyway lol"
"olathe east is really behind in education compared to bluevalley schools"
"Its my old high school. Its relatively new and nice. The county has a lot of money. The teachers are good. Its obvious that the county is focused on schooling."
"I used to think that Olathe East was great and that greatness started at the top of the athletic hall. There is or now maybe was, a sign that said how the student athletes should act and what was expected of them. Just because the team wasn't a "State" team the administration at OE has chosen to "Fire" the head Coach, Jeff Myers via e-mail. No face to Face as the sign above the hall would have encouraged. The Students that were unhappy, are ruling the school and now that sign means nothing, because they are the typical athletes, everything their way, whats next? History, where the students rule, isn't on the schools good side, this is where bad things happen. I taught at OE, there are great teachers there, and Jeff is one. I would not encourage a parent to send my student there, it's obvious that a group of students rule now."
