"This company is literally TRASH, frequently fail to pick up our trash, asked for an extra container, charged for extra container for 6 months and after 3 calls it was never delivered. They said just set out 4 extra bags of trash and they would pick it up until can delivery….and they never would pick up the 4 extra bags. After several calls to customer service they said it can take 6 weeks to get a container….but it’s been 6 months. Calls to customer service are like sticking your hand in a blender. When questioning a rebate for services that weren’t rendered but charged the customer service agents says “I don’t pick up the trash”….complete incompetence at every level."

"We've been customers here through several years and acquisitions. In that time, we had a few issues with missed pickups, but generally the drivers and collectors were nothing but efficient and professional, and I don't blame them in the slightest for our decision to move on. Similarly, I think we've been pretty easy customers. That said- I don't think I've ever had such atrocious customer service. I'm sure the call center employees must take a fair amount of abuse, and ultimately their management is to blame. But I have been yelled at, condescended to, lied to, hung up on, and generally treated like garbage myself by their employees when trying to resolve simple matters. A company managed in this way has no right to anyone's business. I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere for waste collection services."

"I Do not recommend this company!!!!!!× Not only did they give less than a week's notice that they were canceling all of the yard debris service in my area Which forced me to immediately find a new service for my trash and yard debris pick up, they didn't pick up the container when they said they were and even though I put the container out the next week they still didn't pick it up.. I called them 2 to remind them and they still didn't pick it up, they finally picked it up a month later now they have submitted the $24 they think I owe them to collections and the only reason they are charging me is because they didn't pick up the container when they were supposed to. These people are awful!!!!!!"

"Not the same company from before the buyout. Miss trash day with no notification or re pickup, pick through the trash they take and call the rest excessive, 6-8 weeks for any type of change including reimbursement when you cancel so pay less and just use lies trash service. Also for the love of god if something happens don’t call, they have the worst customer service staff I’ve ever had to deal with. The 1.4 star review overall seems generous."

"I setup pick for a mattress and boxspring a week ago and even paid for it. I was told it would be picked up today, 8/31. I called at 11:30 to make sure it was still scheduled to be picked up, customer service said they would be here between 2:15 and 2:30 but no later than 4:30. 4:45 and the mattress and boxspring have not been picked up. I called and probably got the after hours operator because they told me they would contact the dispatcher. Guess what, 8pm and the stuff is still on the curb soaking wet! Plus earlier this year they managed to break a heavy duty trash can I bought at Home Depot. They didn’t even care and so I had to pay for one if theirs! My recommendation, find a service with better ratings! EWS, prior trash company, had better service and now its gone downhill!"
