Came in with a question about a package I was sending and instead of answering my question (my label said USPS and she was telling me I had to go to UPS and I was merely asking why that was the case) and she kept repeating impatiently “You have to go to UPS”"

Shout out to All the workers here especially Kelly, I’ve been going in with a lot of envelopes from my clients sometimes the barcode doesn’t work properly and it’s hard to scan at the self service but she always willing to go extra miles to get it done for me. "Though the inside has horrible flow, it's not the fault of the people working there but general inefficiencies of all government run institutions. They have always been quick to handle packages too large for the chute (though the chute still needs it's handle fixed) and my one phone interaction with them was very friendly and really helpful. Should have asked for the persons name but didn't unfortunately."
