"I was trying to mail a couple items and asking about requiring a signature when I was interrupted by the post office employee that I needed to hurry up because she was closing for lunch in 2 minutes. I was already having such a rough day. I’ll NEVER come here again."
"The clerks at this office are amazing they will do anything to help the customers out. The carriers will always go above and beyond to help out there customers!!! Great experience."
"Might be a small town post office but they offer big time customer service! With our businesses and needing to mail everything during the pandemic we are constantly dropping by with loads like the attached picture and they always accommodate us with great and quick service with a willingness to help. Highly recommend!"
"Good service when they are open. Don't expect to run there on your lunch break to do any counter business. They take a 2 hour lunch from 11:30 to 1:30. They open late and close early too at 9:30am - 4:30. I think a 2 hour lunch is excessive for any business."
"On more than 20 occasions my mailbox has been left wide open, only to have the wind suck the mail out and blow it everywhere. I have photos of my mail from one end of the block to the other! I found my credit card in an abandoned lot 4 houses up, today I came home to see the mailbox left open AGAIN, and my mail laying in the neighbors' sump pump sewage, I have complained and complained and complained! What is the DEAL? I watched the same mail carrier leave my neighbors' box open, drive off, rip the door off, get out and stuff it back in their mailbox!!!! Carrier did not go to the door, leave a note or replace it. (then I watched the carrier break it off again, leaving it on the ground this time!) My neighbor has glued the door back together with a note on the front matching the same note I put on mine "PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE CLOSE THE MAILBOX! How hard can it be to put envelopes in a box and push it closed??????????? This is unacceptable, next I will be left with no choice but contact the POST MASTER GENERAL!"
