FedEx Drop Box

The FedEx Drop Box located at 1125 Northeast Douglas Street in Lee's Summit, Missouri, offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping options for FedEx Express, or opt for FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive within 1-5 business days.

The drop boxes accept a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with your own packaging and a FedEx label. Packages up to 20" x 12" x 6" in size can be dropped off at this location.

Drop-off times may vary depending on the location, with thousands of drop boxes now offering extended drop-off times. Some drop box sites also offer Saturday pickup options.

To drop off a package, create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number. Print the label and affix it to your package, then bring it to the nearest FedEx Drop Box. Please note that no cash, check, or credit card payments are accepted at the drop box location.

In addition to drop boxes, FedEx has nationwide FedEx Office locations that offer packing and shipping services, as well as FedEx Ship Centers with late hours, cutoff times, and the ability to ship hazardous goods. You can use FedEx packaging or your own with a FedEx shipping label. Packages that are too large for the drop box should be brought to the counter at a nearby FedEx location.
