The FedEx Drop Box located at 224 Northwest Platte Valley Drive in Riverside, Missouri, United States offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose between 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

The drop boxes accept a variety of packages, from FedEx Express envelopes and boxes to packages with your own FedEx label. Boxes up to 20" x 12" x 6" are accepted at this location.

Drop-off times vary depending on the location, with many drop boxes now offering extended drop-off times and some even offering Saturday pickups. You can create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number, print the label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest FedEx Drop Box.

Please note that no cash, check, or credit card payments are accepted at the drop box location. If you have packages too large for the drop box, you can bring them to a FedEx location counter nearby. FedEx also has nationwide FedEx Office locations and FedEx Ship Centers with late hours and the ability to ship hazardous goods.
