"Absolutely the worst shipping company in my area. I have been without my packages for almost 1 week now. They keep using the weather as an excuse but my roads and driveway are clear and easy accessible. I have tried to just have them leave my packages at the hub and I can pick up there but they say that is not an option. So here I sit just waiting until they decide to deliver even though FEDX and Amazon keep delivering my packages to me and my neighbors."

"Denise is incredibly unhelpful and seems to revel in being rude to customers. I do not understand how employees at a UPS store can unilaterally decide to no longer even attempt delivery to an entire apartment complex AND fraudulently mark that customers requested the change. I never asked for nor was I contacted about my packages being diverted to this location but that doesn’t matter to Denise."

"Best ups customer service center in the Midwest. The staff were friendly and courteous. I was shipping an item back to my house in huntsville arkansas. It made it to Springdale arkansas the same day on ground. I am also disabled and needed some help in the shipping area!"
