About Us
FedEx OnSite is located inside Walgreens at 9300 E Gregory Blvd in Raytown, Missouri. This convenient location allows you to pick up and drop off FedEx packages without having to wait at home for a delivery or make an extra trip. Simply pack and seal your package, create a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at this location. You can also easily redirect your packages for pickup here. Walgreens accepts most FedEx Express and FedEx Ground packages, as well as international packages with a U.S. originated address. Returns are also accepted, either with a pre-printed label or by requesting a return label from participating online stores. Please note that dangerous goods or hazardous materials are not accepted, except for UN 3373. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. For assistance with packing supplies or dangerous goods shipments, visit a staffed FedEx location in Raytown. Please ensure that all packages are boxed, sealed, and labeled before dropping them off, as this location does not provide shipping or packing materials. If you have a QR code from an online store, bring it to this location and a team member will print your label for you.
