"Everybody is on drugs here, it’s taking forever to pick up the stupid truck, like if I have all day to get my stuff done. Employees singing, dancing, talking, this is stupid. There HAS to be a better location than this place."

"Two employees sat at the counter talking while I waited to return a trailer. Not helpful at all. When asked for help one walked away, the other was combative and rude. After waiting for some time the manager walked out front and he was able to return the traier, which took 2 minutes. How do you have employees that don't do any work? I will not be back."

"Front desk person not communicative at all. No "thank you", or appreciation for me as a customer. The equipment person tried to hook up the 5x8 trailer to my car and it got away from him and the trailer tongue dented my rear hatch door. I have a claim now started for UHaul to pay for the damages. The front desk person didn't even come out to my car to look at the damage, but just turned back around and went inside and started typing on the computer. I asked what was going on, and she said, "did you want me to file a complaint?" Totally unprofessional and rude. The equipment person did come back inside and apologize to me for the damages. I finally got my receipt two days later. I won't recommend or visit this location again and have submitted a review on Google..."

"Picked up a truck & motorcycle trailer on 9/24/2023. A few miles after I left the Uhaul, the trailer detached from the truck and coasted into oncoming traffic, getting stopped by a ditch on the other side. Thankfully, no one was injured during the incident. After speaking with the manager, she deemed only a PARTIAL refund was a perfectly acceptable form of compensation. This event could've easily cost someone their life, including mine, all due to a distracted employee not doing their job correctly. The manager also advocated for the way the employee hooked up the chains, which were obviously not correct. All around terrible experience. There's another location on 24 highway if you are in need of their services."

"Nice people, clean equipment and no hassle about me being an hour late. I'll be back next time I need a rental truck, for sure. You should rent here, too."
