"Do not come here if you want your life be miserable. overpriced service. They charged 100 per traffic ticket when others charge 45. They said they emailed me the link to pay the fine which I did not received. Went to their office and ask for resent. They refuse to resent and saying I need to call them tomorrow for resent. Per their words “they are too busy to forward the link now”. If i still did not received the link tomorrow then I have to come to their office and pick up the notice. Will not use their service any more"

"When I see advertising for services that emphasize its low starting price, I usually assume that its there mostly to lure people in - but the price you wind up paying is likely going to be *much* higher. I glanced at the TLC's large "$45" sign as I walked in building, but quickly got that price it out of my head as I was fully expecting to pay between $100 to $150 and possibly more for my traffic ticket situation. I had to ask twice when David quoted the same price that was on their sign outside - exactly $45! Now I'm sure not everyones bill is going to be $45 like mine was this time, but next time I get a ticket I won't have to think twice about where to take it. Thanks David!"

"If I could do no stars I would. The worst experience of my life. Long story short I hired David Diamond September 2018. 2 weeks before my court date David Diamond told me he’s no longer representing me and that I have to find someone new. Come to find out I missed a hearing and now it’s delaying my case from being filed. I asked for a refund and he could only return $100 cause he “put so much time and energy” into my case. DD said he is shutting the business down and retiring. First off... if you knew you were retiring in 01/2019 you either finish the case or don’t take it. You don’t just get up and leave out of nowhere. (Malpractice) 4 days before my court date the new attorney I hired tells me they can’t represent me now bc they’re worried David Diamond didn’t file correctly and they stated they didn’t want anything to come back on them. 2 days before my court date I reached back out to DD, DD said he could come to court with me if I refunded the $100 back to him. I said that was fine. The night before my court date I didn’t hear from DD. the morning of my court date Still haven’t heard back from DD. I spoke with judge and Asked if I could represent myself which the judge allowed. It took DD 4 hours after my court date to text me and say he had a last minute emergency. He could’ve taken 2 seconds out of his time to call me, text me, email me, anything but he chose not to. He’s not faithful to his clients, he’s money hungry, he didn’t even do his job correctly. I would not want anyone to go through what i went through. I’m still dealing with this mess, I’m a broke college student it took a lot of time and money to save up so I could pay a “so call good lawyer to take care of me”. I would highly NOT recommend ever seeing or hiring DD for anything."
