Reviews
"Deliver the same package to the wrong address twice and both times customer services was useless. Would not recommend. Zero star review."
"The Fetch team at Shawnee, KS is truly amazing. On the week where winter temperatures in Kansas City, KS were below 0° and in the single digits, with horrible weather on the roads, the delivery personnel delivered on time. While most everyone was at home, huddled in warmth, these folks were out delivering! Thank you so much!"
"Absolutely do not live in an apartment using Fetch services. If you send them nice packages they will go missing and claim the address was not correctly provided by you to deliver them so you can't make a claim against them. We have lost hundreds of dollars in Fetch packages. They claimed they donated our package to Goodwill and we met with Goodwill and they said they never ever have received packages from Fetch as a donation. If I could give this business 0 stars I would. We will be convincing our apartment to build a mailroom and cancel their contract with Fetch and until then, we will ship valuable packages to friends houses. This is the worst business that I have encountered in years. Also, it is quite funny, you go into their office and it looks like it has been decorated with stolen apartment furniture that doesn't match. Hmmm, I wonder where my package went after 60 days?"
"I have never disliked a service more in my life. I've been in customer service for over 20 years and am generally an understanding, flexible person but I just can't keep quiet about Fetch because it quite literally the worst service I've ever used. My apartment community started using Fetch in May and, since then, Fetch has lost or incorrectly delivered over 10% of my packages. I have all the grace in the world for human error. I get it, I make errors too. But what makes me so dissatisfied is the follow up (or incredible lack of) after an incident. I reach out immediately if there is a delivery issue. I call, text, and reach out through the app. And then it is absolute crickets for days on end. If they finally do reach out, it's a generic "we're looking into this" email with no real response to my inquiry and certainly no resolution. I have been lucky enough to recover every package but that is absolutely no thanks to Fetch. I'm lucky enough to have honest neighbors that turn my packages into the front office who then reaches out to me. But this process is still slow and frustrating. Turn on "signature required" for your deliveries you say? I did and Fetch FORGED my signature. Yep. You read that right. They forged by signature and then had the audacity to email me a copy of the forgery. They never responded to my complaint about it. It's an absolute trash service. Do not use it. If your apartment community uses it, stay on them until they get rid of it. If you are moving into a new community that uses it, I would seriously be prepared to order online as little as possible. I am very much not looking forward to the holiday season. I can only imagine what kind of hot garbage service Fetch is going to turn out."
"This is the FIRST time ANY of my packages that have arrived to the Fetch facility on a Saturday, during business hours, have been delivered! Our packages were late and after our selected window so I am glad we were actually home to receive them. Last time I called customer service I was on hold for 27min and no one answered so I finally hung up. Several email threads with multiple CSR's were also unable to explain why I routinely have packages that arrive Saturday morning/afternoon, during their posted business and delivery hours, that never get delivered till Sunday or Monday. Guess I should just be thankful that 1 of 5 Saturday deliveries actually made it to me the day or was scheduled, even if it was late."
