"I understand that you are a small business. This whole situation just ruined my day Yesterday was my anniversary, my husband put in so much effort to make our day special. He ordered flowers thru 1800-Flowers and they contracted this florist. 1st problem- my husband ordered 18 roses and only 12 were delivered. He called 1800flowers and they told us the flowers would be redelivered. When that didn't happen 1800flowers gave my husband a different price to pay. We were over the situation and moved on and enjoyed our eve. 2nd problem - Today I received a call from John and was left a vm stating that he was coming to repo my flowers as he didn't receive payment from 1800flowers. He said that 1800 flowers didn't pay him enough money and that's why he only sent 12 not the 18 that was ordered. I told John that the flowers were not at my office and this was not my issue and he needed to contact the 3rd party service. I advised him he was out of line.. He then told me that I was stealing his flowers. So no telling what will happen now. This is very inappropriate and rude and unprofessional in every way. John I hope you understand that you ruined a perfect moment for me and my husband. I will add that the roses were absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way. The quality was amazing. I do understand not being paid for something that you did..Calling the recipient was not the correct move."

"Since I know the previous owner of this business, I called after the flowers my daughter order were delivered late Tuesday and left a message that I was displeased. No one bothered to call me, so I guess I need to leave a review. By Saturday, even the carnations were brown. I am sure my daughter in TX paid a lot for these and will ask her not to order flowers for me again."

"The only reason I’m giving a one star rating is because the arrangement is beautiful. The owner was incredibly rude and unapologetic for an error HIS employee made. I just lost my mother and you’d think he could show some compassion. I hope to never receive anything from this rude and extremely unprofessional florist ever again."
