"It's simple and convenient unless you get shorted on what you ordered even when you noticed before you left then it gets to complicated to have someone bring out the missing item"

"Totally appreciate them dealing with too many people and grabbing my groceries for me. It drives me nuts how they put one item in a bag though. Maybe it's because they know how cheaply made Walmart bags are. Either way still annoying. Normally don't have issues with how they load my vehicle, but this time the kid piled everything on top of the other so when I pulled away it all went tumbling. That sucked"

"I've given so many chances for their grocery pickup to hopefully be better. But they just get worse and worse. Last 3 orders in a row I have got rotten moldy produce picked for my order. 2 in a row I was given product that expired next day. Last order I got a loaf of bread that expires in 3 days. I've also been given expired dry grocery. Ive gotten meat that smelled so bad I had to throw it out immediately. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend grocery pickup from this store. It's obvious management is not teaching their associates anymore. Their product is disgusting."

"Always something unavailable that I'm able to WALK IN AND FIND MYSELF, and now they've started not bagging my grocery orders...... App defaults to "I'll bring my own bags" ..... So 300 bucks of groceries comes out with no bags?!?!? Fix that??!!!!! Employees also need to look in more than 1 spot for an item when they can't find it."

"I paid for express delivery and waited 2.5 hours for my order. It said it was out for delivery. I called the store and they said they had to cancel my order midroute because my driver took too long to deliver my order so the cold stuff wasn't cold anymore. I paid over 300. It took days and phone calls for my money to be refunded."
