"The post master aka superviser likes to talk to adults like they are children. Rude all over. Worst post office in Mo, cursing at people who recive mail in their town is not okay and then to top it all off they dont wanna help figure out where my CHILDRENS mail has been sent so no more dr visits for my kids or getting their meds. Or food because my WIC and food stamps go to that address. I hope whoever sees this changes their mind about using their office they are better off using smithvilles post office"

I am a heavy mail customer, meaning I receive and send a lot of mail and packages both personally and on behalf of the City so I believe I am qualified to rate their service. On more than one occasion, my local carrier has straightened out and found miss-hipped packages from FEDEX, which is not uncommon around here. Always remember, it's easy to criticize when you don't understand the whole process."

"Poor delivery service. Carrier does not even attempt to deliver packages, just leaves notice in mailbox that delivery was attempted. Ship UPS or FEDEX if it's important, USPS in Trimble Missouri is unreliable."
