"The experience with Young Sign Company was terrible at best. From beginning to end the request for the vinyl lettering for our truck and travel trailer had to be hand walked by me, the paying customer. We received the proof for the graphic on the morning of the deadline, the installer came 3 hours prior to the office closing, and to add insult to injury there was an error in the installation. After calling the company to inquire about the fix to my problem, it was suggested to have it fixed when I was back in town....unacceptable. After an unpleasant and rude conversation with the owner I was told someone would be out after 5pm. If you use this company make sure you request status updates to ensure deadlines are met, communicate via email and hold them to their word. I am sure that if you look around, like I should have done, you will find a better price and service elsewhere."
