"This company pays its drivers the worst rates, it borders on criminal. As an example they sent me on a rushed blood order trip from Main street near Westport to North Liberty hospital and back total time was 1 hour 45 mins. Total payment to me was just $13 out of that I need to deduct gas and taxes leaving me with around $6 dollars profit for almost 2 hours of work. They promise they pay the drivers 50% of the total but I refuse to believe a rushed blood order from main to north liberty only paid $26. Find another employer or work for Uber."

"I had a deeply disappointing experience working at Crossroads Inc. and I would give them a 1-star rating. I was initially promised $375 for 3 weeks of work, but when a holiday (Labor Day) came around, and we didn't work on that day, they refused to pay us the difference as agreed upon in our contract. Moreover, the operational supervisor seemed clueless and lacked knowledge about the job. On top of that, they charge you $5 every week for using their apps, which felt like an unnecessary expense. Their dispatch team was far from responsive, making communication slow and unreliable, especially with the folks in St. Louis. Overall, I would strongly discourage anyone from working for this company. They seem more interested in extracting as much as they can from their employees, both financially and in terms of vehicle wear and tear. It was not worth the effort or the stress. It's worth noting that they make you start on the very same day, treating you more like a tool for their profits rather than valuing their employees. My advice: Stay away from Crossroads Inc."

The office & dispatchers are all straight forward, down to Earth and super knowledgeable. Regardless if you're a customer or an employee who is new to the company, they'll answer any questions you have to ensure that whatever needs to be delivered is done so quickly, thoroughly and professionally. 100% satisfaction is the name of the game, every step of the way."
