"My experience with Mr. Dorsey has been very positive. He is thorough, persistent, and very professional. My complaint is with his assistant who handles incoming calls. I have been trying to reach Mr. Dorsey for almost a year regarding a case where he and the plaintiff had recognized that someone had used my information to gain an account and accrue a debt of several thousand dollars. The debt is still on my credit report resulting in denied home and auto loans. When I first tried to contact Mr. Dorsey I explained the situation to the secretary and she laughed at me and asked me if I really thought I was not going to be held responsible for the debt.
