"Reason I’m giving them 5 stars is for their flexibility of load and unload schedules and very nice staff. They are very fast once you’re docked, it takes less than 10 minutes to unload you. But I will never come back here because they use a very heavy forklift (25k lbs)to go in and out of your trailer and with a paper roll that weighs another 7k lbs so together that piece weighs 32K lbs. They damaged the trailer floor of the guy right before me and rejected loading him. I personally think no matter how strong the floor is, it’s just not worth the chance to get it damaged by this heavy piece."
