"They were very friendly. I did have to wait only about 1 minute when I first went inside this lovely establishment for someone to come and greet me because there was no one sitting at the front desk. But the young lady (probably mid 30s) greeted me and said "hello, how can I help you?" and I said "I am here to pick up my mom's will and trust." She was very friendly. She wasn't rude in any way. She asked me me my moms name and I told her. She explained to me the different items and then had me sign my name (which is actually Brittany Z). I am hoping she will remember me next time (if there is a next time) because she made my day. I was having a rough day that day and she made me smile. Thank you, young lady. I had the best experience I have ever had in a law office ever before. I just want this young lady to know that she made someone's day. I will never forget the kindness of this young lady. I say mid 30s but she is probably older. I have never been good at guessing accurate ages. She should feel happy that she made someone's day and help someone feel happy for a whole day. There was no problem when I went here. Great experience. Thank you! Keep up the kindness and great friendly atmosphere."
