"I highly don't recommend working here. They hire you as a sub knowing you have no experience then don't train you. They never give you a tour of the building before you accept any shifts. The teachers say they need subs but if they don't like you or you do anything they don't approve of they run to the principal and you have no chance of defending yourself. You can't know you do something wrong according to their standards if your not ever trained. When a child does something wrong you can't do anything about it. They take away what the child throws but just gives it back to them. The kids get to do whatever they want and nothing is done to correct it. Then the schools want to blame children's behavior for at home training. Kids today get to do whatever they want without any consequences."
