"I was served a demand letter by a Patricia Wilcox and I could not get through to anyone even though the letter stated to contact her with my response. After weeks of no contact it took emails to everyone at the firm (besides Patricia as she’s not listed) to only be left a voicemail that the person who originally hired them was not represented by their firm. "Major scam. Stay away from this horrible law firm. They have some sort of absurd policy in which you cannot send external links to files. That would be understandable if they could click on google drive links but how the heck else was I supposed to send video footage and other files that are too large for email? The attorney was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. Terrible business people who don’t deserve to be in business if this is how they treat people who need help. Nothing was solved other than she made my day much worse now that I have to cancel LegalShield and start over finding an attorney. The kicker? Took days to hear they aren’t going to help me.
