"Major scam. Stay away from this horrible law firm. They have some sort of absurd policy in which you cannot send external links to files. That would be understandable if they could click on google drive links but how the heck else was I supposed to send video footage and other files that are too large for email? The attorney was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. Terrible business people who don’t deserve to be in business if this is how they treat people who need help. Nothing was solved other than she made my day much worse now that I have to cancel LegalShield and start over finding an attorney. The kicker? Took days to hear they aren’t going to help me.
