"If I could I would give him 0 stars. He defended me for a D.W.I. and didn't bother to show up in court. He also never told me my drivers license was revoked. When I was arrested in K.C. for driving without a license he said he would take care of it because it was his fault. A few days later he called and said I couldn't afford to pay him to go to K.C. but he would set me up with a lawyer who would appear for me for $500.00. Not only did the lawyer not show up, he referred me to a personal injury attorney. He also refused to show up for my cousins court date which led to his arrest over a traffic ticket. When they did a warrant sweep and picked up my cousin they asked who his lawyer was. He said "Dan Briegle". They told him he was about the 12th person picked up for him failing to show up thier court date. He should not only be disbarred, there should be a class action lawsuit against this horrible person. He also sent me a bill for a referral fee for the lawyer in K.C. who did not show up to my court date."

"Terrible and I mean ABSOLUTELY hands down WORST lawyer I've ever had if i could i would give him a 0 star rating. Willingly took my cash said he could amend a ticket in a county that doesn't amend tickets as I was looking for a lawyer who could try to keep from points accumulating on my record and missed every court date (all 3) over a matter of 3 months failed to communicate with me but 2 times to confirm I paid his fees (which his secretary even forgot to document and I had to argue with both locations and provide receipts multiple times over weeks for proof of payment)and informed me he could still fix my ticket and said he knew I had a warrant out for my arrest and failed to tell me they refused a continuance and to amend the ticket until after missing my 3rd court date. Nor informing me even of the last 2 he missed I checked case net and found out for myself. Needless to say he isn't a lawyer worth hiring, is never available to talk to when you need immediate answers, secretaries are very rude after me calling on the daily 3 times to try to get a response and always got snappy saying he is in trial and I said well he didn't show up for mine and I have a warrant out for my arrest. Been over a week of calling 3 times a day and still no answer and still a warrant out for my arrest. Seems I'll have to take business into my own hands and get a refund. If you don't want this to happen to you then take my word and NEVER hire dan briegel"
