"It was my worst experience with USPS. I mailed my laptop on January 2nd, was informed that it would be delivered in 3 to 5 business days. Today it is 22nd February, Still the package isn’t delivered yet and update is “Processing at Destination Arrived at USPS Destination Facility”. I didn’t receive the package back either. The response I receive every time I visit USPS, MO is same that I have to intercept package delivery to get it back. The package is moving back and forth except delivering to the destination. The package is being transited to unrelated locations from the destination. I have provided the correct delivery address too. Not sure where it is going wrong and I’m clueless whom to approach on this. I need my package back or to be delivered to the destination."
