"Helfrich: A judge appointed him as a mediator for my custody case. He was completely disrespectful. Arrogant. He does not care. I was late to an appointment with him because I had my daughter at an important doctor appointment. Ran late. I called when I had the chance. He spoke down to me. Nobody has treated me that bad in a professional setting. EVER. Mind you… my appointment was at 1pm. He spoke like this to me at 1:16pm. Incredibly rude. He has no right to speak to ANYONE like that."
