"Why have a number if you don't answer. They give you opinions to talk to someone than I get, sorry the number didn't answer"
"I really dont know how any of you sleep at night knowing your a joke to society, at one time you probably helped a lot of people. But now people find the loop holes in your rules, and little girls like my daughter suffer from it, of course trying to get you to listen to me is a waste."
"This place is corrupt and does so much illegal stuff. They don’t follow protocol call. I had complaints on the presumed father drug tested and they ignored my request never called me. But was giving advice to the father even my medical records!!!! Where I went for my medical care. Everything. I asked to speak with joann the circuit manager since March and called asking 4 times and still nothing. I never even got a letter in the mail regarding a hearing. They are completely biased too. Sorry to say but it’s true and I am a white women with a bi racial daughter. And they did not do their job right and so much illegal stuff that it might just appear on news."
"Yes you have to wait a while to talk to someone. But that is why I always call and request a phone interview. The employees have always been helpful to me and never seem annoyed with my questions."
