"10/10 don’t recommend. The lady at the desk at the front with dreads rude as heck she just hung up on me literally just now which is why I’m making this post and I should have been made it but I’ve been patient, she’s rude and unable to assist with ANYTHING. She Dont know any of the products offered or how to get in contact with anyone who can help. She’ll tell You she will link you with someone but never does so she’s literally getting paid to do nothing. I’ve been trying to get a LINK from a lady named PATRICIA for a month. Before then I’ve been calling in, promised that someone will get to me and never do. I even went up to their building hoping to talk to someone it’s real quiet in there and not busy at all so why someone couldn’t service me who knows… but again the lady that greets you at the front will rush you clean up outta there like they busy and baby building be empty as ever. all ima say if you’re needing financial services or anything at all, Don’t go here. They’re useless!!! And getting all This grant money from the government but not trying to help their communities is crazy to me. The only time I got help from this place was when a white older man was in charge. Talk to the white people down here if you talk to anyone. I’m rubbed the wrong way by even having to say that but yeah, talk to the white ppl who work here. They’re nicer and more concerned to help like they’re PAID TO DO!"

"As someone else previously stated this place is a hit or miss. They work when they want with whom they want. They nickel and dime you on the loans essentially giving you bread crumbs compared to this economy. Honestly overall they offer very minimal help. Go in knowing what you need and what your plans are. Good luck"

"It seem the low reviews has been an increase with this company and it’s sadly to say it’s true. I know it’s hard to come by good staff members, maybe the staff could be overwork. However the no response, rudeness, and attitude that was giving by the staff was completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who want to take business seriously. So, as I'm typing this review and 10 unanswered messages later. Jim Boyle calls me with this edge in his voice like he's irritated with me and my last message. PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Something doesn't feel right about this company. The individuals that answer the phone their could for sure benefit from some customer service classes. Very Rude and unprofessional ."
