"Back in middle school my friend was in special ed, the teacher told her she would never graduate with a regular diploma and make something out of herself. She made her feel like she was stupid and worth nothing. It was Ms Nicklas or something like that. I don't have much experience with special ed but I was always under the impression they were supposed to be encouraging then to do their best and not telling them they are hopeless, she wasn't even that bad too. The school curriculum will put you far behind other schools too, so if you move around a lot (like I did) you will be very lost when you go to a new school."
