"The teller & Branch manager were unwilling to TRY to help a 30 plus year client with a large deposit from a trust account. I had asked to set-up a call with the attorney & the bank that handles the trust account & they would not help. I can tell you they do not care about their clients at all as I told them of the situation & the person told me, you are going to have to wait longer. Unacceptable to speak to a 30 plus year client that was needing help on these help funds. Once the funds clear, I will be closing all US bank accounts as this branch could care less about teh client."

"A bank that holds checks for deposit for 7 days is absolutely useless. If you are looking for help the branch manager Brad will be glad to be rude, belittling and argumentative rather than be helpful. If you are thinking of opening an account here I would certainly go to another bank as this one is incompetent."

"The good: we’ve been customers over 15 years and we’ve had great experiences with the people at this branch. They have been friendly, caring, and helpful The not so good: diminishing services. First they cut safe deposit boxes and now they won’t redeem EE savings bonds. Reason given: fraud. However, I checked with BMO bank on Clarkson and they will redeem them if you have an account with them. The only reason we are staying with this bank for now is the relationship with the people. We are hopeful more services aren’t cut"
