"LOL, guy claiming to have been in banking since 1999 said he had never heard of a cash/ deposit secured loan. Interesting fact is farmers and merchants bank two blocks down from this US bank where this guy claim to have never heard of such a loan offers such a loan and a quick Google search netted many results for cash deposited secured loans as in you’ll put your money in a savings account they put a hold on the amount you want to borrow and give you a loan for that amount. If you were looking for a bank where people are knowledgeable and can help you find products you are looking for, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else because you won’t find that here in my opinion. This 24 year experienced banker at the Eureka branch of US Bank explained to me that they had another product a credit card to which I asked if I could have the papers with the fees and interest rates on it for which he gladly gave me some papers which did not have the information that I was looking for so as it turns out this guy couldn’t even help me with products they do actually have. I just had Taco Bell two days ago made by a teenage kid who took his job more seriously than this banker guy did his."

"In all of my interactions with this branch, EACH employee goes well above and beyond my expectations. I have received assistance from Tellers, Personal Bankers, and the Branch Manager Josh, too. In EVERY encounter, their service is nothing shy of exceptional. Even when I have failed to bring necessary documentation, they are sympathetic and understanding to the situation, thoroughly explain exactly what I do need to bring to complete my transaction, and always thank me for my business. I am shocked to see the poor reviews. Too many people are quick to complain. Don't shy away because of the few low ratings. This is my absolute favorite US Bank branch and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of their services. This location is truly an outstanding example of the 5-star treatment to which US Bank adheres. Great job, US Bank Eureka Team!!!"

"I have been a customer of US since I was 16 (11 years ago). I have not yet had a single problem with this bank. The staff is always happy to help with whatever they can. Branch manager knows his stuff."

"Worst US bank location. Refused to help me all the time when I have problems of my account. They will accommodate you better if you’re bringing money to deposit or make withdrawals. If you have problems with fees or issues with your account they will flat out refuse to help and will tell you that there is nothing they can do. - Much Improved on last visit. Joshua the banker was very helpful. Thank you. Thats is why I’m updating my reviews to five stars."
