"Going from a traditional bank setting to a credit union I'm pretty satisfied over all but the atmosphere is noticeable. I love what the credit union has to offer, and the tellers are always friendly but the bankers customer service could be better. When I opened my account they didn't ask really anything about my financial needs and didn't inform me that when I opened a checking that it would come with a savings. I am happy with their services but the sense of care for their customers financial needs and asking deeper questions to uncover am opportunity for growth within their credit union could be better."

"if I could give zero stars I would. This bank is awful. they like to charge you a negative fee multiple times and then steal all your money. Also, lady at this location must’ve cancelled my card. It just stopped working then when i called, they said my account was closed and reopened. without my consent??? now they want me to get another new debit card even though they just canceled my previous debit card six months ago while I was in the hospital. WORST BANK EVER!!!!"

"If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Rudest tellers I have ever experienced. I asked for change for a $20, no big deal right...WRONG! The teller refused to break a bill for me because I didn't have an account at that location...seriously? It's not like I was asking to cash a check...an even exchange was it. She was so rude about it, I couldn't believe it. Will never go to a First Community Credit Union again."
