"Would prefer to leave NO STARS at all for this Bus Company. Do not use them: unreliable and do not have much customer service strength. In June we scheduled them for a day trip and the bus never showed up but did show up the following day. We recently used them for a kids camp, scheduling a bus with A/C and cargo space for luggage. Trip to camp was fine, but trip back was not....bus was late arriving at the camp to pick us up plus the bus did not have cargo space which I had asked for over and over and had email communication to prove it....they did not even give a discount back for their error. We had 28 kids plus 8 adults and all their luggage to put inside the bus too. We will never use this bus company again. I hope they realize the changes they need to make and become a better bus service for the community."

"Hope you like waiting around on the porch all morning because your bus could show up anywhere from 8:15 to after 10:00 and will leave without you if they have to wait longer than 30 secs after they arrive, if they ever do."
