Bi State Driving School is a state-certified institution located in Overland Park, Kansas, serving both Kansas and Missouri residents. Our comprehensive program includes classroom sessions and driving lessons, allowing students to start without a permit. Upon passing the program's permit test, students receive a temporary permit. In Kansas, a permit test is mandatory as part of the program. Students undergo a driving test during the final lesson and receive a Certificate of Completion upon passing both portions. This certificate can be presented to the Kansas DMV for a license. For Missouri residents, students must be at least 16 years old with a valid permit to enroll in the Full Program. Students must attend both classroom and driving portions at our Overland Park office and take their own written and driving tests at the Missouri DMV. Students are required to bring certain documents to class and must have a valid permit/license for individual lessons. Full payment and a permit are required for the Full Program. "The Bi State Driving School car that was driving absolutely crazy this morning only had an adult male in the car. (So I don't think that you can blame this on a student!) Absolutely ridiculous! LOTS of people were upset by how this person was driving. I cannot possibly imagine sending someone to this driving school when (What I would assume is either the owner on instructor) drives like this themselves!!! Horrible!!"
