"Way overpriced and terrible customer service. I paid over 1% of the list price of our home to have them stage our master bedroom to look like a 1950s bed and breakfast...in our modern open-concept home. They act as though they deserve your business...captive audience as they see it. Find someone else is my recommendation. Upset because they never bothered to set up and allow clients to pay with credit. Even if they passed on the credit card fee to me, it would have helped me. Guess where the money for a check from title company comes from when you as the seller are bringing money to closing and have to pay a full year of property tax prior to closing? The seller's (your) checking account. Now imagine the person at FLAIR responds to a question about credit card like you are crazy. Why would we do that. We don't have to. You don't but it's a service to your customers. When you as a seller sign an agreement, you are hoping you will have profit that will cover your closing costs. Even the county allows you to pay property taxes with credit card. Also upset because they have no compassion on this situation. They were heartless in their response. And our house sold because it was priced right and we accepted an offer significantly below asking because we were motivated to sell. The bedroom staging was horrendous and it sold in spite of the staging. And our realtor no longer uses this company because we were not the only customer of theirs that FLAIR treated poorly."
