"Brittany the pharmacist was terrible. She gave my 16 yrs old daughter a hard time because she lost her vaccine card. We were there to get the second shot and asked for a replacement. She denied us and stated we needed to speak to the manager on Monday. Then she came back and said she could give a card but not write the first dose information on the card. It was a complete run around. She said due to their "policy" about people selling their cards, second cards are not passed out. Where is that policy?? Terrible customer service for my 16yr old getting a VACCINE!"
