"I've always had a great experience with Joel in the past. Note: This is about his front office staff and not Joel. I called recently to inquire about an issue and was told they would call me back. First, I never received a call back, so I called today and spoke to Danielle. I told her I was calling to follow up on my call the previous week. She said the last call they had on record from me was over a year ago. They never took a note that I had called the week prior. Danielle proceeded to ask me what the issue was that I was having. I was trying to explain this complex situation and, in my opinion, she was very rude and very uncaring about my situation.
