"A close family member used Mr. Cottrell for their disability benefits and he NEVER personally consulted with them. Julie (the assistant) was the only one to communicate for the entire process! He was suppose to represent them but had his assistant submit a reconsideration application that they themselves could have completed. No case before a judge was ever completed and once the benefits were received (my family members called SSA personally), Mr. Cottrell received over $1,000 in payment from SSA!
