"I moved into this loft in 2020. I enjoyed my experience until Oct. 2022 when “AHM Management” took over ownership of the building. AHC kicked most of the tenants out who were paying month to month and only gave them 30 days notice to vacate. AHC’s management of the property has been truly abysmal in the short time they’ve owned motor lofts. Overflowing trash, dirty hallways, elevators with puddles of dog urine, an inoperable parking lot gate that leaves everyone’s car in jeopardy of being burglarized, and a recent gnat infestation in the building. The management team is rude and defensive to residents rather than being professional. If I could give this place a -5 stars I would. Which is sad because it use to actually be a 5 for me. The neighborhood has also gone downhill in just two years. Vehicles are being burglarized on the street almost every weekend, loud cars are racing up and down the street all hours of the night, a vacant green space across the street is covered in trash including dirty needles, and there are abandoned vehicles all over. There are way better options for loft living in the area and you’ll be paying a premium for all the above because they are renovating the units and jacking up the rent due to proximity to the soccer stadium. Can’t wait to get out when my lease ends!"

"I would give them five star, however they do not deserve it. I’ve lived in my apartment for 7 months and was slapped with a letter to vacate. I alway payed my rent on time . The Indian lady is sooo rude I came in the office with my rent payment in a money order and didn’t have a pin to fill it out so I asked she had a pin so I can fill it out she snatched my money order and told me that she will do it. Please yall please don’t rent from these people they are scandalous"

"The leasing lady was beyond rude as I asked questions about the rental requirements. I met the requirements but was disappointed in the rudeness & disrespect she used while talking to me. Proceeded to tell me she did not care & hung up in my face. So unprofessional!"

"These lofts are gorgeous inside. They have a unique industrial look that I loved. The garage parking is a plus, though it’s oddly built and tricky to navigate through due to the narrow lanes and large concrete columns lining the entire area. I think the property manager does her best to keep the complex tidy, but the tenants who are dog owners do not clean up after them. The elevators and walkways through the complex always smell of dog urine. A lot of times it was so pungent I held my breath for the duration of the elevator ride. I did love the amenities within the loft itself. The kitchen sink was huge and the faucet nozzle was removable with a hose attached to it. This made doing dishes and cleaning out the sink very easy. The whirlpool tub with jets was lovely when I could manage to get enough hot water in it. Overall a good experience. The smell of dog urine is something I will never miss, though."

"I can’t see how these Apts gave 5 stars. Each and every time I call the India manager has the worst attitude. She was nice when I was paying my deposit and moving in. I called today 12 14/2018 and asked if they changed the light bulbs or is that something I have to do in the kitchen she cuts me off and say no it’s your job. I said in the kitchen? She say oh no we can do it. But her tone seemed as if she was having a bad day so I asked. Her reply was she has a lot going on! Ok and we all do.. but I never take that out on other especially not my customers. And IF I worked for someone like she does I would have the up most respect for those who are paying rent. Because that is how she gets a pay check every two weeks. Our rent.."
