"If I could give 0 Stars I would!! this is posted from a tenant who has been staying for 7 months now. Champika Lindskog is one of the worst property managers I've ever had in my renting history. You cannot trust this lady with your money orders, OR MONEY PERIOD! She's sneaky and isn't using the money for true property manager purposes. She does things on the low with people living here. EVERYONE IS BEING FORCED TO LEAVE AFTER LEASES ARE UP. WE RECEIVED NO HEADS UP, NO EMAILS OR LETTERS TILL 2 DAYS AGO AND NOW EVERYONE HAS TO FIGURE OUT WHERE THEY WILL GO! PEOPLE HAVE KIDS! PEOPLE MADE LOCUST STREET LOFTS THEIR HOMES!! I WAS PLANNING ON STAYING HERE FOR YEARS! THE NEW MANAGEMENT "AHM MANAGEMENT" HAS CAME IN AND TOOK OVER THE BUILDING TO RENOVATE THE WHOLE BUILDING. AFTER TALKING TO THEM I'VE REALIZED THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT US TENANTS AND THEY JUST WANT THE MONEY. DONT COME HERE, EVEN AFTER RENOVATION!!!!"

"The management of the loft is very unprofessional. She let my roommate terminate our lease when we still owed rent and forced me to pay for a two bed room by myself. Furthermore , i asked could my family move in to help with the rent and champika the landlord told me i couldnt even have company. The back door is always open and maintenance is never around to help. I will never recommend this place to know one."

"I live in these lofts now and could not disagree more with past reviews. Maybe new management has taken over since then. Leasing and moving in was easy and efficient. My loft is beautiful, spacious and clean. Maintenance sprays regularly for bugs and I've never noticed any issue with bugs at all. Landlord is available downstairs in office daily. Air conditioning went out this month and maintainence was there no more than 2 hours later with it fixed. Neighbors are friendly and area is safe, including locked gated parking lot and key code to get in building. Would recommend this building to anyone."

"I was happy here for the first year ...and then things went downhill, the good neighbors moved out the creeps moved in. The laundry room is always trashed, the front door locks..sometimes, the trash man comes once a week so now you smell everyones sunday dinner in the hall;people are constantly getting their cars smashed and the gated parking is a JOKe!! Ha! it doesn't work. I pay about 700 a month to afford ThESe Luxuries, really??....find a condo or a place in soulard that is what I'm doing. good luck"
