"DO NOT RENT!!!!! I rented here for a year, my unit was on the 7th floor and the elevator worked maybe two months of the year we stayed. the washer and dryer on our floor were consistently broken no matter how many maintenance calls we made. when we had the bad storms every single window in our unit leaked as well as the hallway closet, and the ceiling of my room had water damage. when we put the maintenance call in for the window leaks they came and put an outrageous amount of spray foam on them and broke the blinds in process which were never replaced. the mold stench in the stairways and lobby was overwhelming. parking was a nightmare."

"Never ever rent from this place let start with the management very poor and lady is rude. We have mold inside the building . A general musty smell around the walls or flooring. Visible discoloration Inside the apartment , bed bug on second floor no security nothing they keep printing on mold and water damage all the time they the when the city want to come they pick the good place to go to and show them"

"Horrible Business and Staff! Rate F - !! I stay here now and I can’t wait to move! This company has no morals what so ever! Ignore the tenants issues! Emergency hotline is pointless !!! Maintenance is the worst ever! Money hungry! I’m being treated like trash! I’ve had issue since I moved in in June and still haven’t been taken care of! Property Manager lies and ignore you and so does the agents. They will only urgently contact you about money. Will be reporting to BBB."

"During my time here, an issue with the building led to my apartment having a relative humidity of about 70-80% at all times. Subsequently, mold began to grow from my walls due to the humid conditions. This was followed by the appearance of small fungus-eating beetles that arrived to consume the now-abundant mold. Small spiders then arrived to eat the beetles, and large spiders to consume the smaller ones. It would be comical a la "The Old Lady who Swallowed a Fly" if it wasn't so representative of the lack of care this organization has for tenants. Despite numerous complaints and promises that something would be done over the course of months, no solutions materialized. I did what I could to manage the issue - treating the mold with bleach, killing the beetles and spiders, etc - but these were ultimately fruitless because I could not address the source of the problem without management's support. Eventually, (again, months after my initial complaint) a dehumidifier was placed in the unit. While this was effective at preventing further mold growth (and the ecosystem that blossomed around it also dissipated), nothing was done about the presumably-rotten internal portions of the wall while I was there. There is no excuse for the lack of care for both tenants and the building. I would not recommend this complex or the larger management/owner companies to anyone. "Any problem I had with the apartment was handled poorly. Notoriously had water leaking into my first floor apartment in 7-8 story apartment building. Took them 4 tries to get the problem corrected in the span of 6 months. Water damaged my furniture and then the repair of drywall damaged my furniture further. To tack on to that, the drywall wasn't replaced properly, only small sections were replaced not everything that got wet was replaced most likely causing mold to build up in a "newly renovated tanjiers apartment building". This company is a joke do not sign a lease with them or hire them to manage your properties."
