"My stay at the Hampton apartments was great! It’s in a safe location and it’s a quick and easy commute to downtown. And there is a great variety of well known, highly rated restaurants in the area. (Chris’s, Joey B’s) I will definitely be coming back!"

"I was really nervous about staying here with some of the reviews I had read. But truth is the management is amazing, accommodating, and friendly. It wasn't easy finding a place that would work with me on my short stay in stl the place was actually really cute and perfect for ehat I needed. I found that it was located close to all the amazing stuff stl had to offer and right by the highway. There's a breakfast place across the street that's amazing too."

"I stayed as a travel nurse from end of July to mid October 2020. I felt the area to be unsafe and very dirty. The lobby doors are frequently left open so anybody from the street can enter the building.It stinks in the hall ways and the apartment as well. The washer and dryers need repair. The noise from the neighbors and contractors is crazy and reflects the thinness of the walls. The noise from outside is unbearable at times. Some appliances just didn’t work. Bathtub was a dirty mess. I saw a passerby look into a parked vehicle and messing with the lock. I call the person that managed the property and was told not to worry about it unless it was my own car. She made me feel like I was bothering her. There’s an window air conditioning unit in a living room but doesn’t help if it doesn’t reach the bedroom. I’m glad to finally leave.I would not recommend this , especially to healthcare travelers.Overpriced for this type of short term living."
