"Well I talked to Chelsea and she was really nice and helpful. She told me there was a two bedroom apartment for me to view. I was excited because I know I meet their requirements and it’s been hard finding a place especially at this time during the pandemic. We scheduled for Friday but she did not call me and I left a message with the other lady two times on Friday… still nobody called me back even after she told me Chelsea arrived to work. I was really excited and got my hopes up. I think people really don’t realize how serious a home is especially when someone has a child… communication is always the most professional route. I put off a few things I had to do just to sit by the phone waiting for her call.. called back over 5 times with no answer and I’m sadly left to find a new place to stay.. I was counting on them I have been counting down the days til this Friday I’m really upset and discouraged!"

"My daughter has lived in this apartment complex for approximately 6 months. Since the day she moved in an alarm near the front door has been beeping continuously. Her apartment is 30 ft from the front door and this alarm can be heard within her apartment as well as within surrounding apartments. Maintenance has been contacted numerous times and the leasing office claims they are "working on it."...... for the last 6 months???"

"I lived at Gotham for almost two years and would have stayed longer if I didn't move to another state for work. It was the perfect location for access to the metro and all the restaurants on the Delmar Loop. My unit was the perfect size for one person and had plenty of space. The building also has workout equipment to use, a parking lot and plenty of street parking. The other residents were always friendly and the staff here were incredible as well! Having the leasing company on the first floor means they really get to know you and when you have a maintenance request, it gets taken care of quickly! The property manager D was so kind and easy to work with when it came time for me to move. I cannot recommend this place enough!"

"Never rent in this building, the manager is rude and helpless. I have rented here for 9 months. I also rent a garage spot in this building to keep my motorcycle. I rented the garage in April and there is no problem until one day they throw away all my stuffs I put next to my bike. When I talked to the manager about that, she replied that they thought my stuffs were trashes, so they threw my stuffs away. Seriously!? Can they read the label? And they threw my stuffs without any notification. I have worked on my bike since April and I haven't got any trouble. Then one day they threw away my stuffs without asking me. When I contacted the manager, she didn't solve the problem. Instead, they gave me a violation the next and blamed everything on me. They didn't take responsible for destroying my personal property and blamed me for something I have been doing routinely for 5 months-maintaining my bike. If they don't allow residents to working on their vehicles, they should tell them at the first day not after 5 months. I know mechanic job can be messy, but it doesn't mean that you are allowed to destroy resident's PERSONAL PROPERTY. I and my roommate pay $850 a month and this is how they treat their customers. I recommend you should consider somewhere better than this apartment. This apartment has been terrible since the day the new manager took over. You can find some better, safer, and nicer places but not here."

"I Stayed in the Chamberlain apartments which is under management with the sansone group as well. Maintenance always responded to my requests within 24 hours. The leasing agents Denise and jordan are always helpful and understanding. The only thing that threw me is the huge hole in the rear parking lot is accident or insurance claim just waiting to happen. And the bug problem centipedes, spiders, and roaches that would find their way into my unit.( The problem was manageable without any pesticide companies.) Other than that I loved the square footage I got for the price I paid for a two bedroom."
