"Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible person that'll rob you. I paid retainer and she said she was going to do home visits to see if my daughter was in a safe place, never did! Tried calling and emails multiple times over 2-3 months never got an answer back. Lady up front is very rude and acts like we the people calling to find out answers wasn't in her job description. If you wanna throw money away and be ignored this is you're gal. Shes a real piece of work and a joke to public. Edit! She claims she was not hired to be my attorney, she is correct! She was hired by me to be my DAUGHTERS (GAL). And not once looked into details or home visits for her best interest. So my review is definitely not misleading. What's misleading is calling this lady a lawyer and not a thief"

"Tried to schedule a consultation with this attorney to discuss my legal rights concerning father of my children. The paralegal felt it valid to give me legal advise, she held a rude/condescending tone, and then discouraged me from scheduling saying "well, it's going to be a $50 fee and I won't have availability until December." Just... wow."

"She seems like she knows her stuff and is probably a great attorney, which is why I have attempted to become a client twice, but I just haven't been treated with much kindness or respect by the staff. While trying to decide to book a 2nd consultation the secretary cut me off more than once and rushed me off the phone. When I told her this, she gave me a brief apology and hung up. I was told she had someone else on the other line and since I asked about payment options I guess I wasn't worth the time. I have the money for the retainer, I'm just trying to find an attorney who is going to help me and not waste my time or money like the last one, because there isn't much room for error when it comes to legal issues and spending thousands of dollars. The staff was also the reason I didn't pay the retainer last year as well even after I booked and paid the $50 consultation fee and thought Kaitlin was a good attorney. Last year the cost of the retainer was $1,500, this year it was $2,500, I just assumed that this was for different types of services, but the secretary was defensive and said that she is now told the retainer is $2,500. Which I still think is fine and not an unreasonable price, I just had questions that I guess I wasn't allowed to ask without paying $50. In all interactions with this office (at least 4, 3 phone calls and an office appointment) I have been left feeling low and confused about what I did wrong. I guess I am just not the type of client that is a good fit for this office, which sucks because apparently it is really hard to find a good attorney. ☹️"

"I have used Katelin for a couple different matters. She has always been honest and straight forward. She has responded to my emails the same day or the following and returns my calls in a timely manner. Her prices are very affordable and she is pro Law Enforcement and Military. I've recommended her to family and friends and all have been very happy with her services and have even sent their family to hire her as well."
