"If you're looking to hire an attorney at an affordable cost for a child custody battle, I highly recommend Ryan Paul Land. My husband was served papers from his ex around 2 years ago for their little girl, and in a panic, we hired on Ryan to help represent him in court. Ryan did what we needed him to do and more. On average, parent's in Missouri will spend up to $15,000 in attorney fees if their case goes all the way to trial. Ours did, and we only paid Ryan 1/3rd of that(also note that: after a down payment, Ryan didn't demand we pay him the rest of the money at any specific time). When my husband and his ex's trial finally came around after about 2 years, Ryan was able to defend my husband through every claim his ex had pushed to court, and had basically dismissed everything against him within the first hour(of 3) of the trial. Everything from the presentation, communication, questions to the petitioner(ex), questions to the respondent(us), down to the evidence sent to the judge was phenomenal. After the trial, the judge was certain on his decision of following through with Ryan's proposed parenting plan, and as we all walked out of the court house, Ryan said "well, I'd consider that a win." Ryan was very personable, sweet, and what sold me was his confidence in winning my husband's case with his ex. My husband and I thank him so much for being able to do as much as he was asked to do and more, and if we end up going back to court in the future, we're certain on who we're hiring to represent us."
