"Equity is the worst bank. I’ve had the worst experiences with their employees and strict rules. This is possibly due to this bank being a “second chance” bank and the chain being so small. There are so many hidden rules that aren’t disclosed when you sign up for an account. I was always having issues with them denying payments & my actual account balance being correct. The worst part of it all, they do not have 24/7 customer service."
