"I wish I could give this place 0 stars because they don't even deserve the 1. I spoke with one of the SUPERVISORS on the phone, Linn Myer to be exact. She was VERY unprofessional, and very offensive. She implied that I was irresponsible and brought personal issues in to our conversation. The entire phone call she was very unfriendly and unpleasant to speak to. She was not helpful, but in fact hurtful. She had the absolute WORST customer service I have ever dealt with and she's a supervisor.... I have no idea how this company trains their staff but it should be unacceptable to speak to any customer the way this lady did. Please call Linn if you are wanting to feel awful and have a ruined day, she will be fantastic at providing you with that!"
