"Lived here for 1 year It was nice at first but then after the first 2 months started recieviving excessive parking tickets even with a parking permit their is no garage available so we only had the on the street parking which is terrible expecially when their is a event. The Washing machines and dryers where always broke even when we constantly put orders in to get them either fixed or replaced. No one was ever available at the downtown office or if they where available was never able to answer any questions about the building just over charge us for little things that should of been free since the rent was already 975 I do not recommend living here it was just a terrible downtown experience and the terrible management did not make it any better."
"We’ve been living here since 2014. In the beginning it was amazing! But it went downhill. It’s now under the management of red brick stl. Communication is poor with leasing office. The lobby often smells of sewage. Out of 6 washers in the laundry room on a good day 3 may work. Parking has gotten worser over the years. We are close to Scott trade and any events that happen our permit spots only are taken. We can barely get any maintenance request fixed. Water , sewer , trash are now a new bill. The rent continuously increases. The elevator does not show the floor you are on anymore. We use to get stuck in the elevator pretty often. But it hasn’t happened at all in the last few months. We decided not to renew our lease , and opted to pay the $150 month to month fee. Rent will be going up to “market rate “ of $1200. We will be vacating because the building is not worth $1200 in rent. Not worth $1100 either."
