"We used this firm a few years ago in hopes of remodeling our house. This was our first time using an referred architect so we thought we could trust them. We paid $36,000 and didn't receive an architectural plan past the initial rendering. We met with the owner and her son twice in person. They took full measurements of the house and created a initial rendering (not detailed) which we weren't on board with after we paid them. The next architect we utilized cost us $12,000 from start to finish. I can't figure out the big discrepancy other than my own ignorance. Usually don't post reviews but after a few years of still feeling take advantage of we had to speak up. Please be aware."

We called Michell Wall for a consult which upon inspection of the current structure, the addition was structurally unsound. With their guidance we removed the two story addition and received awesome plans for a new two story deck. The coolest things they did was providing us with a 3D animated and zoomable view of what the new deck will look like. They also completed a 3D rendering of the inside of our house for future items as well. They have been beyond words to work with and helped us every minute along the way.
