"This place is a complete joke. I spent a $163 which the money is not the issue. Bought a pair of headphones took them home. They did not work two hours later I’m back in the store and they said they cannot give me my money back because it was opened. That was after I spent another hour in the Southbelt store trying to get some help. The girl called every boss She has no one would answer the phone. No one wants to deal with anything. Then, when you go back to the north belt store, they refund it as they smile and laugh about it. It’s people like this that give Hometown stores a bad name. As far as I’m concerned, every boss that works there be it the regional manager, or any other one should be fired. That’s the problem with managers and employees these days they have no concept of what real customer service should be. The only person that actually tried to do their job was one girl at the Southbelt store. And people wonder why they put cameras in stores like this it’s because when you treat people bad things tend to happen. But hey GameStop in St Joe keep doing business the way you do. It shows exactly what kind of people you are."
