"This place is horrible! In my opinion the new manager is racist. She does not like black people. She is not personable. Her communication skills are non-existent. She treats black people as if we are living rent free. Sending out text message stating "you people" not "dear residents". If she steps in dog poop be prepared to get a text about it. If it is inconvenient for her to run money orders through a machine be prepared to be charged a fee to pay rent. Record all communications with management (thank me later). Maintenance does not speak English so your needs are lost in translation. My unit has flooded six times. No air for most of the summer. New neighbors appear to be about 10 deep and the noise is extreme. The office response is to put a note on the door after months of complaints. This is definitely my last year here. I would not recommend this place to anyone"

"Wouldn’t recommend anyone moving there !!!!! Place is horrible and management is even horrible !!! Very sneaky and money hungry and will put false eviction on your name Shelly is always in someone’s business instead of worrying about finding more maintenance to fix up the dumb !! Maintenance went in and stole items out of apartment and trash the place when I first moved in someone that worked in leasing office spouse tried to stick a key in my door so had to get locks changed. A day lay Shelly will come banging on door she’s very unprofessional and nosey you’ll rather go stay in motel then this dump !! Plumbing terrible had an ant and spider problem that place literally needs to get shut back down"

"The manager Shelly is VERY unprofessional!I lived with my significant other and when I called to ask about the prices of the apartments for a friend she took it as if I was “leaving my significant other” and getting my own apartment in the SAME apartment complex. To make matters worse when my boyfriend payed rent she told him “oh you and that girl are still together? She called wanting to move out on you!” Such a messy and nosey woman… there’s needles on the floor everywhere there’s gun shots 25/8 and the maintenance snoops around your apartments when your not home. I wouldn’t even think about renting here if I was you."

"The new management team is just as crooked as the old one. When asked for corporate number they can't give you any help. When asked, why did they have my vehicle towed illegally they play the blame game on the owners. They are very unprofessional. This place is still a dump, it has quick fixtures that make it look nice until you move in and realize nothing has changed."

"Was reprimanded about being honest with residents when it came to their safety and health. Many illegal moves in done without or with failing occupancy permits. Give one star because zero isnt an option"
