"Pretty much my boyfriend and I were first time renters. This was the only apartment that would rent to us. So technically we had no other options. As a first time renter I didn’t expect everything to be golden and clean. But never expected bugs, bugs, bugs ! everywhere, loud neighbors at 3am constantly ! Parking was HORRID there’s a small parking space in the back that the landlord gives you a sticker for your windshield so you have reasoning to have a parking spot.. WRONG. We were always coming home to new cars taking over the entire lot, people fixing their cars who don’t live there or have a parking sticker taking over parking spots having us park off street. Extremely easy access to other people’s mail no keys or lock on the mail box. In the beginning the apartment provided everyone with 2 sets of keys ; one for the exterior door and your apartment door. Awesome idea for security then they decided to take them off and replace them with easy access doors. Anyone could enter the apartments at any time. Our walk thru we put 3 things that needed to be fixed before we moved in and they were never fixed. Nothing major but we were never provided that service. The doors were hinged so high off the floor cold air was always coming in during winter money right out the window! Since cold air was always coming in we had two heaters for each room and the heat on then BOOM everything turned off, lights, microwave, TV, everything electronic. Not to mention they have a “no smoking” rule but both landlords were always smoking & having cigarettes in their mouths from the inside the apartments, when you meet them & also in the laundry room. Our rent was $650 then towards the end of our lease while we were looking online for a new place to stay we saw our apartment complex for $585 i don’t know why they went down on the rent but I’m pretty sure it’s because it’s all bs Also our key only worked for the front door and not the back door. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you’re desperate ."

"Worst place I ever live. They have roaches, the neighborhood and neighbors are loud. People hang out on the back parking lot and front drinking and fixing cars late at night and there was a s hooting in the back parking lot.Majority of the people are on section 8 and do I need to say anymore. The carpet in the hallway is dirty the mailboxes don't have locks on them,so people can steal your mail. If you like hood living this is the place for you."
